Inside Sales/Account Manager (m, f, d)

Job description:

  • Targeted approach and processing of leads from the client and partner environment
  • Presentation of cloud services/product portfolio by telephone (primary focus) and webinars
  • Independent creation of bids and tracking to their conclusion
  • Order processing
  • Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system as well as weekly reporting
  • Collaboration in sales projects and customer reporting

Requirements:

  • Commercial training or comparable professional experience
  • Good technical knowledge
  • Confident and friendly manner when speaking to customers on the phone
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Willingness to learn, able to work on own initiative and focus on results
  • Good PC knowledge, can handle MS Office, CRM and customer-related IT systems
  • Experience in software sales (primarily the B2B sector) is an advantage
