Our outbound electronic invoice service allows the invoice sender to automatically and electronically transmit data to their customers. All customer demands regarding the processing of accounts can be fulfilled with just one interface to the crossinx network. This distinctly improves not only the processes as such but also customer loyalty.
The sender authorises crossinx to sign invoices on their behalf. This completely eliminates the need to use paper billing. In addition, crossinx can create a PDF file which corresponds to the appearance of a paper invoice and which can be transmitted to the customer together with structured data as needed. Customers can archive the invoice data online at crossinx and use a variety of possibilities to receive the data:
Minimal number of invoices: Retrieval of accounts through a portal, using the sender’s corporate branding if necessary
Medium number of invoices: Use of standard data formats for the ERP and accounting systems
Large number of invoices: Individual data conversion by crossinxPaper invoices: Printed and sent out by a crossinx partner
